Rose Blake is British young artist graduated from the Royal College of Art and she has already collaborated with a number of well-known artists. Most recently, David Hockney has invited her to work with him on a project for the Tate Gallery.
Her works now are exhibited at the Rebecca Hossack Art Gallery. Rose works with tiny glass beads to embroider four simple words. Inspired by her time spent in India and the ubiquitous ‘HORN OK PLEASE’ painted on the back of Mumbai taxis, her exhibition SING SWIM OK MOON explores the rhythm of the everyday rituals that provide us with a sense of security amidst the chaos of life.
